Usually people purchase Carrier Meals (for 3 people) and Parcel Meals (for 2 people) from the take away counter, pay there and collect there order after sometime then and there.

I recently visited The Coffee House Nagarbhavi for the first time with my family. I had seen it many times from outside earlier when it was getting constructed.

There are around 10 small shops within the compound which offer various types of food items.

Seating Area at The Coffee House Nagarbhavi

The seating area at The Coffee House Nagarbhavi is just like a food court. You can buy your food and sit anywhere. There is a section where the seating is in open air and another section where there is a shed.

Burgers and Pizzas at Kaffibar

The is one small shop which serves French Fries, burgers and sandwiches and also sells cold drinks. I was happy to see that they sell Pizzas too. I purchased one and had it. The pizza base was thinner but was value for money for around Rs 2000.

Bangarpet Chaats and more

Another shop next to it sells similar products but more of Bangarpet Chats kind of things along with fried items like Aaloo smiles. Other products are Paav Bhaji, Vada Paav.

Dry Gobi and Noodles

There is another outlet which sells Dry Gobi and Gobi Manchurian, however their Manchurian is not made with only Gobi, it is a mixture of cabbage and other vegetables. They also sell Noodles (both veg and non veg). You can also buy some egg items here.

There is another which is named as Lassi Bliss where you can have Lassis and other milk products.

Naati Biryani

There is a Biryani Point there too where you can have Naati Style Biryani.

There is another outliet where you can have Coastal Karnataka food like fish curry and Neer Dosa.

Parking : Parking is Not available here.

In the evening The Coffee House Nagarbhavi looks busy because it gets many customers with their families and friends in the evening time. Overall a good place to have a wide veriety of snacks at affordable prices.

McDonald's Brookfields is located at a prime location and caters its food facilities to thousands of customers daily.

Located just opposite to Kalyani Motors, close to CMRIT College and a residential area of AECS Layout McDonald's Brookfields has a huge customer base. Daily hundreds of family members, couples and students visit this Quick Service Restaurant to have snacks and meals. Apart from this hundreds of IT employees from companies nearby daily have lunches at McDonald's Brookfields.

McDonald's Brookfields has a large dining area and can accommodate up to 100 customers at a time including the party area.

This is the place which opens at 7 am and serves breakfast too with products like Hashbrown, Hot Cakes and Coffee (please check if they still serve it).

Lunches are extremely busy at McDonald's Brookfields especially between 1 pm to 3 pm where they serve Value Meals in 3 sizes Small Medium and Large.

Similarly the restaurant gets busy between 7:30 pm to 9:30pm. Weekends are extremely busy throughout.

There is a party hall at McDonald's Brookfields which can accommodate up to 40 people and it is used to celebrate birthday parties with Happy Meals there. You can celebrate birthday of your kids there too.

I had recently visited McDonald's Brookfields and I was happy to see that now they even have McCafe available there.

I have been in Nagarabhavi for about 3 years now and earlier this place had very less options to have Alcoholic drinks with family but now a few more outlets have opened here.

Below is a list of some Restaurants where you can have Veg food as well as Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic drinks.

1. Stories Bar and Kitchen

Located at 80 feet Road in Nagarabhavi, Stories Bar and Kitchen has a seating area for families as well as another one that is open are on roof top where even smoking is allowed.

They serve Veg food (starters, snacks, main course), ice creams, milk shakes, juices, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, cocktails etc. You can also celebrate your birthday there. Have not seen a dance floor here. Beer lovers can have Draught and Craft beer here in Glasses and Mugs.

2. Cycle Gap Resto Bar and Pub

Cycle Gap is another Bar and Pub in Nagarabhavi where you can enjoy alcoholic and Non alcoholic beverages with your friends. They also have vegetarian food options with them.

Every Wednesday they celebrate Ladies night where the entry of ladies is free along with a male member (please check if the offer is still valid). Music is good there with Hindi, English and Kannada songs. People can dance in the dance floor at night in disco music. The thing that I like about Cycle Gap Resto Bar is that here they serve Draught Beer too in Glasses, Mugs and Tower too. 

3. Shelby at Nagarabhavi

Shelby is a new Bar and Pub opened in 2024 in Nagarabhavi. It also have open air as well as closed seating area with food music. It also have good veg food options with them. It is located at 80 feet road Nagarabhavi just opposite to the McDonald's of NGEF layout. There is also a dance floor here where you can dance.

4. Skyro

Skyro is located close to Stories Bar and Kitchen Nagarabhavi and has newly opened. With beautiful interior decor it is a great place to hangout with friends. You can have veg food here along with drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). The music here is good too and the prices are also slightly on higher end that other Bars but it is worth paying for the service that you get here.

5. Sky Lark RestoBar

Sky Lark bar is located near Nammoora Thindi Veg restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel Dhruva Inn. It is a decent bar with seating capacity of about 50 people. The service is decent and prices of Veg food, beers and other drinks is also decent and affordable. I usually visit Sky Lark when I wish to drink Draught Beer with my friends. There is no dance facility here. You can just sit with your friends here and chit chat. Good place to hang out with friends and have conversation. You can have really strong Draught Beer here. I tried once and it was really strong and loved it.

Stories Bar and Kitchen at Nagarabhavi Food and Drinks

I had been to Stories in Nagarabhavi two years ago for the first time to have beer. I was happy as I was able to have Draught Beer there which usually is not available at many Bars and Pubs here.

There is a large seating area on the lower floor with tables and chairs for couples, families and group of friends. However it is a Non Smoking zone. If you wish to smoke then you need to move to the top floor and ask the staff about the place where you can smoke.

The upper floor is more of vibrant because it is usually occupied by youngsters, couples, group of friends and has louder music played there. There is an open area seating available too there with around 8-10 tables. Usually people who smoke sit here. It also has good view so people sit here to click pictures too. However if there is a rain then you will be asked to move inside as it is open air seating area.

What Do I Usually Have at Stories ?

I usually visit Stories Nagarabhavi to have Draught Beer and some Vegetarian snacks like French Fries. They have a good menu of Friench Fries like : Loaded French Fries, Peri Peri French Fries, Salted French Fries etc. I usually order one of the French fries or American Corn, or Pizza along with Draught Beer.

Veg Food Items available at Stories Nagarabhavi

The Stories Nagarabhavi has a wide veriety of Veg food items available starting from French Fries, Cutlets, Nachos, Pizzas (Teen Cheese, Classic Margharita, Peri Peri Paneer Pizza etc), Mushroom Chilli and Paneer Items.

Alcoholic Beverages at Stories Nagarabhavi

They also have Breezers, Bottled Beer, Draught Beer and Craft Beer too along with other alcoholic beverages.

Usually the bill for two people at Stories Nagarabhavi can be around Rs 1800 to Rs 2000 as it happens in my case. But it can be higher too for other people. You can also inquire if they have any running discounts.

How to order food in the restaurant ?

The food needs to be ordereed using your own mobile phone by scanning the QR Code placed at your table.

Nammane Upachara in Nagarabhavi (Vegetarian)

I tried this Veg restaurant named Nammane Upachara in Nagarabhavi and found it to be a good place to have food if you skip bringing your tiffin box. What I mean to say by this is that the food here seems to be good and clean.

The service is also faster for Self Service section where you can have food standing near high tables.

Breakfast Items at Nammane Upachara

Almost every south Indian dish is available here for breakfast i.e., Idly, Dosa, Set Dosa, Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Upma, Kesari Bhaat, Bisi Bele Bath, Shavige Bath, Fried Rice etc.

Lunch and Dinner

Although Idly and Dosa items are available throughout the day, but apart from this the restaurant also serves North Indian (Lunch and Dinner) and South Indian meals (Lunch Only).

As far I have seen, The South Indian meal here is the most fast moving dish.

Snacks

In evenings people usually visit Nammane Upachara for having snacks like Pakoda, Bhajji and Tea of Coffee. Gobi Munchurian is also available here but I have never tried it.

The restaurant also serves Juices, Shakes and Ice Creams like Gudbud.

There is also a decent seating facility available on the upper floor where you can have food with your family and a waiter will serve you. Do not expect a lavish seating, it is just a normal one. I have been there twice with my family.

Overall Nammane Upachara at Nagarabhavi is a good choice for regular food with decent pricing.
